My name is Carla Reis and I am an accomplished Sr. Sales Associate at the Jennifer Nappi Allstate agency for over 22 years now. These 22 years have been selling policies to fit individual customer needs with an emphasis on long term relationship building as well as excellent customer service. I graduated from Katharine Gibbs College in 1996 and started my career as a medical assistant. I then transitioned into the Insurance world in 1999. I am an outgoing people person, who sees the little details that make up the big picture. I can creatively apply solutions to problems that you didn't know were there, to make life a little easier and brighter! My goal is to always do my job to the best of my ability. It also is my goal to always help customers leave happy & with great knowledge of their policies. I am bilingual in Portuguese. Majority of customers are local Portuguese families that feel comfortable in sitting with me because of the fluency in their language. On a lighter note, I am someone who loves and enjoys my family tremendously. I am a proud mom of a 19-year-old son who I raised as a single mother. With all the challenges in life, I am proud of the mom I am and am proud of the son I have raised. Love to travel, fashion, riding motorcycles and could be on a beach every day!

I was born and raised in the State of RI where I graduated from Rhode Island College with a degree in Business Management. I am happily married, and I am a mother to my beautiful two adult girls. I've been in customer service since High School, and eventually became a manager of a large retail chain. I decided to make a career change and started working for Jennifer Nappi's Agency, I love my career, and I enjoy helping new and existing customers with their insurance needs. In my personal time I love traveling with my family.

Tara Soderstrom

I have been a licensed sales producer for over nine years with the Jennifer Nappi Agency, servicing both MA and RI. I specialize in personal lines and I pride myself on building relationships. I am dedicated to help provide the best coverage to fit the needs of customers and their families. Some may think insurance is all about price, however I present policies that will protect and provide comfort for families when needed. I enjoy being a member of the Allstate team and through individualized coverage assistance it allows me to bring families into Good Hands. I am proud to say that I was recognized by Allstate as a top regional sales producer for my sales in 2020. I don't just sell policies; I continue to retain customers year after year with intense policy reviews. When I am not selling or helping customers on their insurance needs, I am spending time with my family as a proud mom of two sons. When out of the office you can find me on the baseball field, or the hockey rink. My favorite pastime is watching my children play sports. My name is Kimberly Medeiros, and I was born and raised in Bristol Rhode Island. I am a proud mother of two beautiful children. After becoming a mother at a young age, I graduated from MTTI and worked as a Medical Assistant for 8 years. Changing careers, I joined the amazing team here at Jennifer Nappi's Allstate Agency in 2020. I strive in everything I do especially helping others to better understand the importance of having proper protection.

Cathy McElroy

My name is Cathy McElroy and I have been in customer service for 18 years. I began my retail career as a cashier at a grocery store, and ended my retail chapter as a Store Manager at a large pharmacy chain. I graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a double concentration in both Marketing and Psychology. I switched career paths in July of 2021, and joined an amazing team at Jennifer Nappi's Agency. When an opportunity arises, I love to vacation anywhere tropical surrounded with palm trees and breathtaking views. I am a proud mom to a beautiful son, who is my biggest motivation to being a successful in life!

I'm a proud New Jersey native whose heart beats for baking delectable treats and exploring the world through travel. My French Bulldog, Chanel, is not just a pet but a cherished companion who adds endless joy to my life. Alongside these passions, I have a strong commitment to assisting others with their insurance needs.
